Google is one of the most reigning leaders in search engines, as a company, as a publicly traded company, Google places a high importance on quality and significance of its search engines.  As a publicly traded company, Google has important obligations in keeping its shareholders and users happy and thus must enforce regulations on use of its company property.

As a result of Google’s regulations, unintentional or intentional mistakes through Adsense can come with a penalty ranging in severe to very severe.  Some Adsense accounts have been banned for a certain amount of time, while others have simply been terminated.  There is no room for wrong doing with Google, no matter how sneaky you may be, one day you will get caught, the consequences will be less than pleasant.

Evaluate the risk before you take action
